freeyourwild-logo3Deep inside you lies your wild self. It’s a fire that burns and must be nurtured for you to feel whole. My wild involves outdoor adventure and traveling. For you, it might be painting, starting a business, volunteering, storytelling, or a combination of passions. That’s your wild.

Welcome to my site!

I live in Northern Colorado with my husband and young kids, and I write articles, essays, and books in a tiny-but-cozy shed in my backyard. Some of my work is compiled here. I believe deeply in the power of story as a way to inspire, challenge, and transform lives, and in each piece I write, I strive to capture the heart of the subject. My literary endeavors are represented by Wolf Literary.
