freeyourwild-logo3Deep inside you lies your “wild.” It’s a fire that burns and must be nurtured for you to feel whole. My wild involves travel and outdoor adventure, but this is different for everyone. It could be painting. Volunteering. Running a business. What’s your Wild? Browse my site and share your insight!

Welcome to my site!

I live in Northern Colorado with my husband and young kids, and when I’m not off the grid, I write articles, essays, and books in a tiny-but-cozy shed in my backyard. Some of my work is compiled here. I believe deeply in the power of story as a way to inspire, challenge, and transform lives, and in each piece I write, I strive to capture the heart of the subject.
